ARTICLE VI MEETINGS OF MEMBERS
Section 1. Annual Meetings. The first annual meeting of the members shall be held at the registered office of the Association or at suh other place as may be fixed by the Board of Directors and announced in the notice of the meetings. Each subsequent regular annual meeting of the members shall be held on the of each year thereafter, at the hour of day of o'clock __. If the day for the annual meeting of the members is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held at the same hour On the Lirst day following which is not a legal holiday.
