Such changes include, but are not limited to, fences, sheds, house color changes, and substantial landscaping changes. To request a change, fill out the ARB Application Form. I plan to replace my existing storage shed with one that will be configured and painted exactly like my existing shed except that the new shed will be 10' x 12' replacing my 8' x 10' building. The new shed will be beige with white trim and a light brown roof, exactly like the current shed. It will be placed in the same location on my property as the existing shed.

I am building an addition on the back of my house. I am using a Class A contractor, Albemarle Home Services/Bill Love, and have obtained the county building permit. I am e-mailed separately the descriptions provided to me by the contractor and a drawing of what we propose. It is a one-story addition comprising living space, bed and bath rooms. Size is 22x16.
