We request to install a picket fence (constructed of either pressure treated pine or cedar which we intend to leave unpainted). The fence would be constructed with 1"x4" (¾"x3½") pickets of less than 42 inches and spaced approximately 1.5" apart. The pickets will be suspended between 4"x4" posts. The proposed fence would enclose the front and side yards (west side of the drive way, on the side of the drainage ditch nearest to the house, along the west property line, and to the rear of the house's foundation), and include a gate near the front steps and another in the rear.
