We would like to install a Kids Creation playset in the backyard of our home.  It is a 100% redwood set with a swing, slide, monkey bars, and two climbing walls that connect to a covered platform.  The dimensions are 10 feet wide, 22 feet long, and 11 feet high.

Remove existing small from porch entry way that is original to the house.  Remove existing sidewalk that is original to the house.  Remove boxwoods by the sidewalk. Install new front porch of same size using Trex decking.  Install new concrete sidewalk, that will be one foot wider and curved for a more appealing appearance. Add landscaping around sidewalk that is easier to maintain. Work is being done by Hollymead resident Tim Duggins, Quality Home Details.

Construction of a two story addition roughly 16.5’ x 16.5’ to the south end of our house.  Rear side of addition will be contiguous and even with existing structure.  Windows, siding, shutters and roofing will be in the same style as the existing structure (see Enclosure 1, Front View and Enclosure 3, Rear View). Enclosure 2 shows, from the south end, the existing roof line and the planned addition’s roof line (slightly lower (6”) and parallel to the existing roof line).  These plans are in compliance with County zoning and construction ordinances.
Relocation of our storage shed to abut southern property line near neighbor’s shed.
Relocation of one Leyland cypress on our property to accommodate construction.
Possible house color change from white/green accent to grey/black accent.
