We request to install a picket fence (constructed of either pressure treated pine or cedar which we intend to leave unpainted). The fence would be constructed with 1"x4" (¾"x3½") pickets of less than 42 inches and spaced approximately 1.5" apart. The pickets will be suspended between 4"x4" posts. The proposed fence would enclose the front and side yards (west side of the drive way, on the side of the drainage ditch nearest to the house, along the west property line, and to the rear of the house's foundation), and include a gate near the front steps and another in the rear.

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.hollymead.org/arc/2009/11/21/1720-goldentree-pl.html"><rss:title>1720 Goldentree PL</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.hollymead.org/arc/2009/11/21/1720-goldentree-pl.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject></dc:subject>

APPROVED

Hello! We would like to install a fence in our backyard. The neighbors on one side have a fence in place. Our fence would be the same height as theirs - four feet tall and would be a picket fence. We'd like to install this in two weeks if possible. Please let us know if this is okay. thanks! 1825 Tinkers Cove Road Charlottesville, VA 22911

</rss:item><rss:item rdf:about="http://www.hollymead.org/arc/2009/11/21/1554-broad-crossing.html"><rss:title>1554 Broad Crossing</rss:title><rss:link>http://www.hollymead.org/arc/2009/11/21/1554-broad-crossing.html</rss:link>

<dc:subject></dc:subject>

APPROVED

As the soon to be new owner of the property at 1554 Broad Crossing I wanted to clean up the back yard. The steep hill is partially overgrown, and access to the far back yard is very difficult. I intend to clean up the hill and extend the property to its full depth according to the plat/survey. I will incorporate some brick paths/steps and terrace the hill enough produce a more aesthetically pleasing and usable space.

</rss:item></rdf:RDF>
