We want to replace our old original masonite siding with Hardie Plank siding.  We're staying with exactly the same color that's on the house now, pale yellow with white and black trim.  I know you get tons of these requests, but I'm requesting that you expedite this request, and give us an approval prior to Nov 7, 2011.  I know that's not 30 days, but we're changing nothing on the exterior appearance, only upgrading the siding from masonite to Hardi Plank.  The reason I'm requesting 3 weeks instead of 4 is that we can fit into a window with the contractor if we're able to start on Nov 7.

Again, there are no external changes to color or architecture, only a change in siding material.

Description of Proposed Changes: New siding on house. Existing masonite will be replaced with pale yellow vinyl siding. Shutters and trim will remain the same, black and white, respectively.

1825 Tinkers Cove

Masonite siding is rotting away and we are planning to have a contractor remove it and install HardiPlank.  We would like to pick a color that is most similar to what we currently have on, so the "evening blue" seems to be most similar - http://www.jameshardie.com/homeowner/colorplus-palette.shtml

1660 Poes Lane

We plan to replace the roof and siding at our residence, 1660 Poes Lane. The color of the siding and roof will be relatively the same. The current siding will be replaced with granite colored vinyl siding and the new roof shingles will be a slate grey color. Black shutters will be reinstalled and new gutters will be installed on the entire house. Allgood Construction out of Greensboro will be doing the work.
