1554 Broad Crossing

As the soon to be new owner of the property at 1554 Broad Crossing I wanted to clean up the back yard. The steep hill is partially overgrown, and access to the far back yard is very difficult. I intend to clean up the hill and extend the property to its full depth according to the plat/survey. I will incorporate some brick paths/steps and terrace the hill enough produce a more aesthetically pleasing and usable space.
