Residents of Hollymead must abide by the Declaration of Covenants, which governs the use of common areas and regulates external changes to all properties within Hollymead.

Any change to the external appearance of property within Hollymead requires prior approval of the Architecture Review Board.  Such changes include, but are not limited to, fences, sheds, house color changes, and substantial landscaping changes.  To request a change, fill out the ARB Application Form.  Residents of Somer Chase should contact the Somer Chase ARB.

Business signs are not permitted anywhere except for temporary contractor signs at a Residence while work is being done. For Sale / For Rent signs are limited to one per residence and must be located on the property for sale or rent. Political signs are not permitted in common land. No signs are permitted at the entrances to Hollymead. No signs are permitted along roadways or intersections, except for one day events, such as yard sales or open houses, for a maximum of 48 hours. All signs for such events should be removed immediately after the event. Signs in violation of this regulation will be removed and disposed without notice.
