Looking for a Disclosure Packet?

The Code of Virginia requires that all sellers provide a disclosure package for all properties which are part of a subdivision governed by a homeowners association.  These packets require a certification related to the individual property and must be specifically prepared. There is a charge of $ 100.00 for the preparation of the Disclosure Packet.  To order a disclosure package, please contact, Trish Cuthbert, Treasurer @ 975-2188.

Signs

Business signs are not permitted anywhere except for temporary contractor signs at a Residence while work is being done. For Sale / For Rent signs are limited to one per residence and must be located on the property for sale or rent. Political signs are not permitted in common land. No signs are permitted at the entrances to Hollymead. No signs are permitted along roadways or intersections, except for one day events, such as yard sales or open houses, for a maximum of 48 hours. All signs for such events should be removed immediately after the event. Signs in violation of this regulation will be removed and disposed without notice.
