Hollymead Annual Community Party
Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 6:59PM Well the newly formed Recreation Committee has it's 3rd assignment. It's Party Time!!! We have a budget of $1500 for the party which we are looking to host on the 2st Saturday that the pool is open. Now this not your grandpa's type of Party. I want to get the
- Hollymead Fire truck out here,
- police folks, councilmen,
- maybe even McGruff the crime dog,
- have a movie,
- have some corn hole competitions,
- trying to get the Cub Scouts to come out and sell some hot dogs,
- free ice cream,
- fire pit for roasting marshmellows,
- maybe some tastings and tours of the Silver Thatch??
- what else am I missing?
That being said I am looking for volunteers to help plan this shing-ding.
