Somer Chase is a new townhome
neighborhood within Hollymead that consists of 63 homes. In addition to being part of the
Hollymead Citizens Association, residents of Somer Chase are also members of
the Hollymead Townhouse Citizens Association (HTCA).HTCA has it's own dues, to provide for exterior and grounds maintenance. It also has it's own elected Board. Responsibilities of HTCA
Homeowner Responsibilities Watering: All owners/occupants of a townhouse must water the gardens and grass area(s) in front and behind their units. Death of shrubs (any plant that resides in the garden areas that was there upon taking ownership of the property) and grass, due to non-watering, will result in an assessment of the replacement costs of shrubs and/or grass to the owner. Architecture Review
Changes to the exterior of your townhome or changes to the landscaping require prior approval from the Architectural Review Board (ARB).
Dues
Dues for Somer Chase are $207 per quarter which breaks down to $69 per month. Dues cover dues to Hollymead Citizen's Association, our parent HOA, trash removal from behind your house, ground maintenance and snow removal, insurance, any overhead and reg. fee, and long-term maintenance fund. Quarterly payment is due at the beginning of each quarter (Jan 1st, Apr 1st, Jul 1st, Oct 1st).
